Returns and Order issues
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) only
We currently ship to all 50 states.
• Standard Shipping:
$7.95 - Arrives in 3-8 business days after processing
$18.95 Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking and shipping label.
Return Window
We accept returns for eligible U.S. orders only within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility (U.S. Orders Only)
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
All original tags, cases, and accessories must be included
Items must be returned in brand new condition unused
Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
All sale and final sale items, gift cards, are non refundable and can not be returned
Its Fabulist does not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
